A perfect winter warmer :)

A LOVELY JACKET POTATO IDEA!!

Use some Paxo Sage and Onion with Garlic Stuffing to create a crunchy topping for jacket potatoes. Just scoop out the centre of some cooked potatoes then mash with cheese and an egg yolk. Fill the jackets with the potato mixture, top with Paxo and bake in a hot oven until heated through.

What you need:
4 baking potatoes, cooked
150g cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg yolk
Paxo Sage and Onion with Garlic
baking tray

How to make it:
Allow the jacket potatoes to cool slightly then cut into halves and spoon out some the cooked potato and transfer to a bowl, reserving the skins.
Roughly mash the potato, add the grated cheese,an egg yolk and mix well.
Spoon the filling back into the skins, sprinkle over the Paxo and press down lightly with the back of a spoon.
Place the jackets on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC/400ºF/gas mark 6 for 10 minutes until the filling is hot.
